Catalina Zarate Robledo


Catalina is an economist at the Autonomous University of Manizales. She has extensive experience in coffee economics, which she has succeeded in consolidating as a researcher at CRECE, Cenicafé and the Office of Coffee Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. She has participated in studies related to the coffee labor market, evaluations of programs of the National Coffee Growers Federation and of sustainability initiatives. She also served as an advisor to the Vice Ministry of Pre-school, Basic and Middle Education in the National Rural Education Project by the Ministry of National Education.

During her career at CRECE, she has worked as a researcher in research projects such as the Colombian Coffee Growers Reconversion Program, the Regional Human Development Report, the Supply and Demand of Manpower Study in the Colombian Caficultura and the Evaluation of Housing Policy of Social Interest of the national government.
